DECISION
REGULATION ON MINIMUM LAND PRICE FOR TRANSFER OF LAND USE RIGHT OF LAND LOT AND LAND AREA IN PHU LOC DISTRICT
CHAIRMAN OF PROVINCIAL PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Council and People's Committee dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decision No. 40/2012/QD-UBND dated December 21, 2012 of the Provincial People's Committee on the regulation of land price in 2013 in the province of Thua Thien Hue;
Pursuant to the Official Dispatch No. 4528/UBND-CT dated September 9, 2013 of provincial People’s Committee on the approval for the policy on the construction site of the resettlement areas in service of site clearance of the Project of Highway 1A expansion and building of Phuoc Tuong - Phu Gia road tunnel;
At the request of the Chairman of People's Committee of Phu Loc district in the Report No. 152/TTr-UBND dated July 15, 2013 and of the Director of Service of Finance in the Report No. 2347/TTr-STC dated September 17, 2013;
DECIDES:
Article 1. Regulation on the minimum land price for transfer of land use right of land lots and land areas at the points of residential planning in Phu Loc district as specified in the attached annex;
Minimum price stated above include the land registration fee as prescribed.
Article 2. The Chairman of People’s Committee of Phu Loc district shall, based on the rate of land price specified in Article 1, formulate the plan for transfer in accordance with current regulation;
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing;
Article 4. Chief of Office of provincial People’s Committee, Director of Service of Finance, Planning and Investment, Construction, Resources and Environment; Director of Department of taxation; Director of the Provincial State Treasury; Chairman of People’s Committee of Phu Loc district and the heads of agencies concerned are liable to execute this Decision. /.
