ORDER
PROMULGATING THE ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE ORDINANCE ON THE PROCEDURES FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE CASES, AND THE ORDINANCE ON THE ORGANIZATION AND ACTIVITIES OF RECONCILIATION AT THE GRASSROOTS
THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of
the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Promulgation of Regulatory Legal Documents,
HEREBY PROMULGATES:
1. The Ordinance amending and supplementing a Number of Articles of the Ordinance on the Procedures for the Settlement of Administrative Cases;
2. The Ordinance on the Organization and Activities of Reconciliation at the Grassroots,
Which were adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Xth Legislature, on December 25, 1998.
