DECREE

ADJUSTING ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF COMMUNES AND DISTRICTS; ESTABLISHING COMMUNES; EXPANDING AND RENAMING MUONG ANG TOWNSHIP OF TUAN GIAO DISTRICT, AND MUONG CHA DISTRICT; AND ESTABLISHING MUONG ANG DISTRICT, DIEN BIEN PROVINCE

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in CONG BAO.- (Summary)
