CORRECTING THE GOVERNMENT'S DECREE NO, 69/2009/ND-CP OF AUGUST 13, 2009, WHICH ADDITIONALLY PROVIDES FOR LAND USE PLANNING, LAND PRICES, LAND RECOVERY, COMPENSATION, SUPPORT AND RESETTLEMENT

THE GOVERNMENT

Errors due to negligence in proof-reading in the Government's Decree No, 69/2009/ND-CP of August 13, 2009, additionally providing for land use planning, land prices, land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement, are corrected, under the authorization of the Prime Minister, as follows:

1, In Clause 5, Article 9, "Clauses 1, 2 and 3" should read "Clauses 2, 3 and 4,"

2, At Point a, Clause 1, Article 32, "Articles 27, 28, 29 and 38" should read "Articles 29, 30 and 31,"

3, At Point b, Clause 1, Article 32, "Clause 6, Article 29" should read "Clause 4, Article 31,"

4, At Point f, Clause 1, Article 34, "Clause 1, Article 22" should read "Clause 1, Article 19,"

5, At Point a, Clause 2, Article 41, "Article 10; Article 12; contents of detailed land use plannings and plans of hi-tech parks and economic zones under Articles 14, 30, 52, 125, 126, 127 and 141, of Decree No, 181/2004/ND-CP" should read "Article 10; Article 12; contents of detailed land use plannings and plans of hi-tech parks and economic zones under Article 14; Article 30; Clause 2, Article 31; and Articles 52, 125, 126, 127 and 141, of Decree No, 181/2004' ND-CP,"

6, At Point b, Clause 2, Article 41, "Articles 3,6, 10, 19 and 27; Clause 1, Article 28; Articles 32, 36, 39 and 48, of Decree No, 197/2004/ND-CP" should read "Articles 3, 6, 10, 19 and 27; Clauses 1 and 2, Articles 28; Articles 32, 36 and 39: Point b, Clause 1, Article 44; and Article 48, of Decree No, 197/2004/ND-CP,"

7, At Point d, Clause 2, Article 41, "Clause 1, Article 2; and Clauses 4, 5 and 6, Article 4, of Decree No, 17/2006/ND-CP" should read "Clause 1, Article 2; and Clauses 1,4, 5 and 6, Article 4, of Decree No, 17/2006/ND-CP,"

8, In Clause 4, Article 41, the ordinal number of the Clause "4" should read "3",-
