DECREE
ON TRANSFER OF THE TECHNICAL SYSTEM OF THE HO CHI MINH MUSEUM TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HO CHI MINH MUSEUM
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law
Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission
on Organization and Personnel (Note No. 150-TCCP/TC of the 10th of September
1994),
DECREES:
Article 1.- To assign the Ministry of Culture and Information (and more directly the Ho Chi Minh Museum) to manage the technical system of the Ho Chi Minh Museum and maintain a necessary staff to operate it.
The Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Culture and Information have the duty to direct the Guard Command of the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Ho Chi Minh Museum to effect this transfer.
Article 2.- This Decree replaces Article 1 of Decree No 180-HDBT of the 12th of December 1988, and takes effect as from the date of issuance.
The Minister of National Defense, the Minister of Culture and Information, the Minister of the Interior, the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the President of the People s Committee of Hanoi, the Ministers and Heads of the other concerned offices at the central level, are responsible for the implementation of this Decree.-
