CIRCULAR
PROVIDING PRO- CEDURAL GUIDANCE FOR SETTING UP AND KEEPING FILES ON PEOPLE WITH MERITORIOUS SERVICES TO THE REVOLUTION
This Circular guides the implementation of Decree No.28-CP of April 29, 1995 of the Government regarding the regime of preferential treatment to people with meritorious services to the Revolution. It provides in details for the principles and procedures for drawing up the files on people with meritorious services to the Revolution; the issuing of certificates and management of these files.- (SUMMARY)
