DECISION
ON THE CREATION OF THE RADIATION AND NUCLEAR SAFETY COMMITTEE ATTACHED TO THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on
Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
After considering the proposals of the Minister of Science, Technology and
Environment (Document No. 50-TCCB on the 3rd of February 1994) and the
Minister-Head of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel
(Document No. 24-TCCP/TC on the 5th of March 1994);
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To set up the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Committee to assist the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment in the execution of his function of State management of radiation and nuclear safety.
The concrete tasks of this committee shall be defined by the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment.
Article 2.- The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister-Head of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel have the responsibility to implement this Decision.
