DECISION
ARTICLE 1 OF THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION No. 50/2000/QD-TTg OF APRIL 24, 2000 RATIFYING HANOI CITY’S WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM PLANNING TO 2010 AND ITS DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION TO 2020
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the
Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 63/1998/QD-TTg of March 18, 1998
ratifying the orientation for the development of national urban water supply
system till the year 2020;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 108/1998/QD-TTg of June 20, 1998
ratifying the readjusted overall planning of Hanoi capital to the year 2020,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- The capital source specified in Clause 3, Article 1 of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 50/2000/QD-TTg of April 24, 2000 ratifying Hanoi city’s water supply system planning to 2010 and its development orientation to 2020 shall be amended as follows:
"Capital source: Capital mobilized from clean water companies in the city, loan capital, ODA capital, investment capital mobilized in domestic BOT form, the State budget and capital mobilized from the population".
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing. The President of the Hanoi municipal People’s Committee and the ministers of Construction; Planning and Investment; Finance; Agriculture and Rural Development; Health; Science, Technology and Environment, the Governor of Vietnam State Bank; the General Director of the General Land Administration and the heads of the concerned agencies shall have to implement this Decision.
