ANNOUNCEMENT
Pursuant to Inter-Ministerial Circular No. 07/2003/TTLT/BTM/BCN dated October 8th, 2003 providing guidelines on allocating and implementing of quota on export of textile products to the US market in 2004; the Ministry of Trade, in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and the Textile and Garment Association, hereby inform the list of US large importer:

The aforesaid ministries in a joint effort shall consider and allocate quota, giving priority to large clients, to those enterprises having their contracts concluded with the US clients in above-stated list to manufacture/process textile products for further exports to the US; and having their documents formed in accordance with sample No.4 attached to the Intern-Ministerial Circular 07 on the status of the Ministry of Trade (Export Import Department).
The Ministry of Trade hereby inform to all enterprises for further knowledge and implementation.
