ANNOUNCEMENT
Pursuant to Inter-Ministerial Circular No. 07/2003/TTLT/BTM/BCN dated October 8th,2003 providing guidelines on allocating and implementing of quotas on export of textiles products to the US market in 2004; the Ministry of Trade, in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and the Textile hereby allocate quotas to newly established enterprises based on the following conditions:
1. The quotas shall be allocated only in accordance with total equipments reported by the enterprises.
2. The coefficient of allocation under each category (cat.) shall be in accordance with the attached table. The allocated cats. are based on the order of priority in accordance with the enterprises’ registration.
3. The quantity of quotas shall be officially announced to the enterprise after results of Inter-Ministerial Group on actual check of quantity of equipments owned by the enterprise become available.
The Ministry of Trade hereby informs to all enterprises.
