CIRCULAR
SUPPLEMENTATION TO THE LIST OF PERMISSIBLE PLANT VARIETIES IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.199/2013/ND-CP defining functions, rights, responsibilities and organizational structure dated November 26, 2013 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Ordinance No.15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
In consideration of the Director of the Department of Crop Production;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the additional list of permissible plant varieties in Vietnam.
Article 1. This Circular is enclosed with the additional List of permissible plant varieties in Vietnam which including 32 rice varieties, 14 maize varieties, 01 sorghum variety, 03 mushroom varieties, 01 tobacco variety, 02 sugarcane varieties, 01 variety of passion flower and 01 coffea canephora (refer to the List for details).
Article 3. This Circular enters into force from September 10, 2016.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office, Directors of Departments of Crop Production, Heads of affiliates of Ministries, Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural development of provinces and centrally-affiliated cities and relevant entities shall be responsible for the implementation of this Circular./.
