CIRCULAR

ON ANNULMENT OF CERTAIN LEGISLATIVE DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE IN CORPORATE FINANCE SECTOR

Pursuant to the Law on promulgation of legislative documents dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 on guidelines for the Law on promulgation of legislative documents;

Pursuant to Government's Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP dated July 26, 2017 on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the request of the Director of Department of enterprise finance,

The Minister of Finance promulgates a Circular on annulment on certain legislative documents issued by the minister of finance in corporate finance sector as follows:

Article 1. Annulment of legislative documents in their entirety

Annulment of the following legislative documents issued by the Minister of Finance in corporate finance sector in their entirety:

1. Circular No. 206/2012/TT-BTC dated November 26, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on establishment, management and use of concentrated fund of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group.

2. Circular No. 21/2014/TT-BTC dated February 14, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance on promulgation of the Regulation on activities of authorized representatives for state capital invested in enterprises.

3. Circular No. 198/2011/TT-BTC dated December 30, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for the collection, management, use, remittance of state budget of marine pilotage fees and mechanism of ordering maritime pilots services.

4. Circular No. 131/2010/TT-BTC dated September 6, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for the Regulation on foreign investors' contribution of capital to, and purchase of shares from, Vietnamese enterprises.

5. Circular No. 92/2007/TT-BTC dated July 31, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for determination of the paid land levies and amounts of transfer of land use rights originated from the state budget.

6. Circular No. 41/2013/TT-BTC dated April 11, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for Decree No. 67/2012/ND-CP dated September 10, 2012 on amendments to Decree No. 143/2003/ND-CP dated November 28, 2003 of the Government on guidelines for the Ordinance on exploitation and protection of irrigation works.

7. Circular No. 178/2014/TT-BTC dated November 26, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for finance-related contents upon procurement, commissioning, plan assignment as to units in charge of management and exploitation of irrigation works.

8. Decision No. 104/2008/QD-BTC dated November 13, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance on amendments to the Regulation on management and use of the Fund for assistance in corporate restructuring in groups, state-owned general companies, parent companies issued together with Decision No. 09/2008/QD-BTC dated January 31, 2008 of the Minister of Finance.

Article 2. Implementation

1. This Decree comes into force as of August 3, 2020.

2. Director of Department of Enterprise Finance, Heads of units affiliated to Ministry of Finance and relevant entities shall implement this Circular./.
