CIRCULAR
EXTENSION OF EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE CIRCULAR NO. 14/2020/TT-BTC DATED MARCH 18, 2020 ON AMENDMENTS TO THE CIRCULAR NO. 127/2018/TT-BTC DATED DECEMBER 27, 2018 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE PRESCRIBING PRICES OF SECURITIES-RELATED SERVICES RENDERED BY STOCK EXCHANGES AND VIETNAM SECURITIES DEPOSITORY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS FACING DIFFICULTIES AMID COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Pursuant to the Law on Securities dated June 29, 2006; Law on amendments to the Law on Securities dated November 24, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Charges dated November 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Prices dated June 20, 2012;
Pursuant to the Law on Public Debt Management dated November 23, 2017;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 and Government’s Decree No. 149/2016/ND-CP dated November 11, 2016 on amendments to the Government’s Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 on elaboration of the Law on Prices;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012 and Government’s Decree No. 60/2015/ND-CP dated June 26, 2015 on amendments to the Government’s Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012 on elaboration of the Law on Securities and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Securities;
Pursuant the Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP dated July 26, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Minister of Finance;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Price Management and the Chairman of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);
The Minister of Finance hereby promulgates a Circular on extension of effective period of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2020 on amendments to the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2018 of the Minister of Finance prescribing prices of securities-related services rendered by Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) for the purpose of assisting organizations and individuals facing difficulties amid Covid-19 pandemic.
Article 1. Extension of effective period
Effective period of Clause 1 Article 2 of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2020 on amendments to the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2018 of the Minister of Finance prescribing prices of securities-related services rendered by Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) for the purpose of assisting organizations and individuals facing difficulties amid Covid-19 pandemic is extended.
After June 30, 2021, prices of securities-related services rendered by Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository shall be applied as prescribed in the aforementioned Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC.
Article 2. Effect
1. This Circular comes into force from August 31, 2020.
2. Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Finance for consideration./.
