CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING ADDITIONAL LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES ELIGIBLE FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Plant Varieties No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
At the request of Director General of Department of Crop Production;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates additional list of plant varieties eligible for production and trading in Vietnam.
Article 1. Enclosed herewith is the additional list of plant varieties eligible for production and trading in Vietnam including 22 rice varieties, 11 corn varieties, one (01) tea variety and one (01) tangerine variety (attached Appendix)
Article 2. This Circular takes effect since March 09, 2015.
Article 3. Chief of the Ministry Office, Director General of Department of Crop Production, heads of units affiliated to Ministries, directors of the Service of Agriculture and Rural Development of central-affiliated cities and provinces, relevant organizations or individuals shall be responsible for executing this Circular./.
