CIRCULAR

AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 2 ARTICLE 7 OF CIRCULAR NO.17/2011/TT-BKHCN OF JUNE 30, 2011 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY STIPULATING ON NATIONAL QUALITY AWARD

Pursuant to the Law on Product and goods quality of November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.28/2008/ND-CP of March 14, 2008 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology; 

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP of December 31, 2008 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Product and goods quality;

At the proposal of Director General of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality;

The Minister of Science and Technology promulgates Circular amending and supplementing clause 2 article 7 of Circular No.17/2011/TT-BKHCN of June 30, 2011 of the Minister of Science and Technology stipulating on National Quality Award.

Article 1. To amend and supplement clause 2 article 7 of Circular No.17/2011/TT-BKHCN of June 30, 2011 of the Minister of Science and Technology stipulating on national quality award

Clause 2 Article 7 of Circular No.17/2011/TT-BKHCN of June 30, 2011 of the Minister of Science and Technology stipulating on National Quality Award (hereinafter referred to as GTCLQG) is amended and supplemented as follows:

"2. The National Quality Gold Award is conferred to the organizations and enterprises being evaluated the best of four types and total point of GTCLQG criteria obtaining from 800 points or more.

The National Quality Gold Award is conferred to not exceeding 20 organizations and enterprises of types.”

Article 2. The responsibility for implementation

The Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality shall guide, hold implementation of this Circular.

Article 3. Implementation provisions

1. This Circular takes effect on June 01, 2012.

2. The Director General of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, Director of the Legal Affair Department, the Chief of the Ministry Office and relevant organizations, individuals shall implement this Circular.
