CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON PRODUCTS, GOODS OF BUILDING MATERIALS
MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Decree No.127/2007/ND-CP dated 01/8/2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of Articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
Pursuant to the Decree No.17/2008/ND-CP dated 04/02/2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of Department of Science, Technology and Environment,
PROVIDES:
Article 1. To issue together with this Circular the National Technical Regulation on products, goods and construction materials, codes QCVN 16:2011/BXD.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from 15/10/2011.
Article 3. The Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, the Governmental agencies, the Presidents of the People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government and other relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular./...…
