CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING LISTS OF HIGH-YIELD LIVESTOCK BREEDS
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 199/2013 / ND-CP dated November 26, 2013 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Livestock breed No. 16/2004 / PL-UBTVQH11dated March 24, 2004 of the 11th Standing committee of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 210/2013 / ND-CP dated December 19, 2013 on policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Livestock Production;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural development promulgates the List of high-yield livestock breeds
Article 1. The list of high-yield livestock breeds supported under the Government’s Decree No. 210/2013 / ND-CP dated December 19, 2013 on policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas with attached appendix shall be enclosed herewith this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 11, 2014.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office , the Director of the Department of Livestock Production , the Heads of related units under Ministry, the Service of Agriculture and Rural development in central-affiliated cities and provinces shall be responsible for the implementation of this Circular.
