CIRCULAR

ANNULLING THE DECISION NO. 37/2006/QD-BTC DATED JULY 11, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON PROMULGATING THE QUOTATION OF DOCUMENT EDITING SERVICE ON VIETNAMESE PAPERS

Pursuant to the Law on promulgation of legal documents 2008; Pursuant to the Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing measures for the implementation of the Law on promulgation of legal documents;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Manager of Department of Price Management, Head of Legal Department,

The Ministry of Finance announces:

Article 1. To annul the Decision No. 37/2006/QD-BTC dated July 11, 2006 of the Minister of Finance on promulgating the quotation of document editing service on Vietnamese papers. From January 10, 2011 to the effective date of this Circular, performed cases in accordance with the quotation of document editing service on papers prescribed at the Decision No. 37/2006/QD-BTC the expense will be paid in accordance with the Decision No. 37/2006/QD-BTC

Article 2. This Circular takes effect after 45 days of the signing date. Article 3. The Manager of Department, Head of Legal Department and ministerial-level units and relevant agencies shall implement this Circular.
