PROMULGATING THE LIST OF OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT AND TOYS FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.32/2008/ND-CP of March 19, 2008 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.75/2006/ND-CP of August 02, 2006, detailing and guiding implementation a number of articles of Law on Education;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.31/2011/ND-CP of May 11, 2011, providing on amending and supplementing the Government’s Decree No.75/2006/ND-CP of August 02, 2006, detailing and guiding implementation a number of articles of Law on Education;
Pursuant to the Circular No.17/2009/TT-BGDDT of July 25, 2009 of the Minister of Education and Training,promulgating the early childhood education Program;
At the proposal of Director of Material facility and School equipment, toys for children Administration,
The Minister of Education and Training promulgates the Circular for list of outdoor equipment and toys for early childhood education.
Article 1. To promulgat together with this Circular the list of outdoor equipment and toys for early childhood education Including two class groups as follows:
- Baby care group for children from 3 months to 3 years of age;
- Kindergarten group for children from 3 years to 6 years of age.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on October 30, 2012.
Base on the list of outdoor equipment and toys for preschool education promulgated together with this Circular, Departments of Education and Training shall direct procurement, equipping, use, preservation of outdoor equipment and toys servicing entertainment at preschool educational facilities.
Article 3. The chief of office; director of Material facility and School equipment, toys for children; director of Planning –Finance Department; Director of Preschool Education; Director of Science and Technology and Environment; heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the Presidents of People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces directors of Departments of Education and Training shall implement this Circular.
