I

Agricultural, forestry and fishery products

1

 Farm produce consist of the preliminary and the processed from below ingredients:

- Cereals for grain and cereals for tuber

- Vegetables, beans and other farm produce

- Fruit trees

- Annual plants (sugarcane, soya-bean, peanut, sesame, tobacco leaf, cotton plant, jute, papyrus…)

- Perennial plants (tea, coffee, cocoa, rubber, cashew, pepper, macadamia…)

- Herbal plants

Breeding products include:

- Breeds of livestock, poultry, bees, silkworms (including cattle, horses, goats, sheep, rabbits, pigs, chickens, ducks, gooses, swans, pigeons, quails, bees, silkworm)

- Products that are derived from livestock, egg,poultry, bees, silkworms and other terrestrial animals (breeding animals)

Forestry products include:

- Wooden products processed and installed by machine or hand.

- Artificial wood (MDF, particle, laminated wood)

Products (biomass wood pellet, etc.) made of timber from planted forests, salvaged timber, forestry wastes and by-products (branches from planted forests, sawdust, wood chips, etc.)

Other products ( made of bamboo, rattan, anise, cinnamon).

- Auxiliary materials used for producing aforementioned forestry products.

Fishery products include:

- Frozen fish products

- Dried fish products

- Canned fish products

- Fish meal, cod-liver oil

- Fish sauce and sauces of macerated fish or shrimp

- Instant fish products

- Products derived from seaweed

- Products derived from fish products used for healthcare, medicinal products, cosmestics, functional foods, etc.

Salt:

- Salt for industrial production

- Micronutrient-rich salt and clean salt

- Processed salt (iodized salt, refined salt, milled salt, seasoning , salt used for food industry…)

- Salt used for mhealthcare, cosmetsitc

Products processed from residues during the production, harvest and processing of agricultural, forestry, fishery products and salt.

Auxiliary products

Packaginf (made of paper, metal, plastic, glass…) used for preserving, processing agricultural, forestry, fishery products and salt.

Glue, surface coatings, polish, additives used for processing forestry products.

Ingredients, solvents, additives and finished drugs used for preserving forestry products, handicrafts.

Hardware used for processing forestry products: metal, rubber, plastic.

Additives used for processing agricultural, fishery products and salt.

Environment-friendly refrigerant used in freezing system to process agricultural and fishery products.

Biological preparations and additives increasing productivity, food safety and quality, biosafety in livestock production, preservation, and processing of livestock products.

Mechanical engineering products

Machinery and equipment serving agriculture:

- Diesel engine.

- Tractor.

- All types of soil working machines, digging machines for planting perennial plants

- Cultivating machines for rice, bean, sprout, corn

- Machines for plant care (spraying pesticides,  watering, mowing, tilling)

- Harvesting machines (for rice, bean, corn, coffee, sugarcane)

- Drying machines for agricultural products (besides the one mentioned in Article 14)

- Machinery line and equipment for slaughtering livestock and poultry

Machinery line and equipment for preserving and processing milk.

Machinery line and equipment for classifying and preserving poultry egg

Caged system and equipment for breeding of livestock and poultry

Machinery line and equipment for preserving and processing animal feed, preliminarily processing the ingredients of animal feed.

Equipment and facility for environmental remediation serving breeding.

- Machines and equipment for making tractors and agricultural machines.

Machinery and equipment serving forestry:

- Machines for processing timber and forestry products other than timber

- Machine and equipment for processing the energy pellets from sawdust, residues in woodworking.

Machinery and equipment serving fisheries:

- Freezers

- Cold storage system, refrigerators and refrigerated cellar

- Ice-making machine

- Steamming, drying, sterilizing and cooling equipment

- Machinary line processing fish meal and cod-liver oil.

Machine and equipment preparing, preserving and processing products from agricultural residues: Mincing machine for straw, rice-stubble, grass, bagasse, corn; compressing and molding machine for grass, straw, rice-stubble; silage packing machine; husk firewood compressor; processor for energy pellets from husk; compressor for vegetable oil (mash, peanut, coconut…);  machinery and equipment for processing wastes and by-products derived from fish processing
