CIRCULAR
PROMULGATION OF NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON QUALITY OF PLANT SEED
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Decree No. 75/ 2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending the Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Plant Variety dated March 24, 2004;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the national technical Regulations on quality plant varieties:
Article 1. Promulgating together with this Circular 08 national technical Regulations
1. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Open Pollilated Maize Seed
Symbol: QCVN 01-47 : 2011/BNNPTNT
2. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Groundnut Seed
Symbol: QCVN 01-48: 2011/BNNPTNT
3. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Soybean Seed
Symbol: QCVN 01-49: 2011/BNNPTNT
4. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Three Line Hybrid Rice Seed
Symbol: QCVN 01-50: 2011/BNNPTNT
5. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Two Line Hybrid Rice Seed
Symbol: QCVN 01-51: 2011/BNNPTNT
6. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Seed of Potato Tuber
Symbol: QCVN 01-52: 2011/BNNPTNT
7. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Hybrid Maize Seed
Symbol: QCVN 01-53: 2011/BNNPTNT
8. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Rice Seed
Symbol: QCVN 01-54: 2011/BNNPTNT
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect after six months from the date of signing.
Article 3. Director of Department Crop Production (DCP), heads of agencies, organizations and individuals involved are responsible for implementation.
Any problem arising in the course of implementation should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment or supplementation.
