Subject: New Stamp Specimens and authorized officers at the provincial level for issuing the Certificate of Origin Form S of Lao PDR.

Dear Sir,

The Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce would like to officially inform you on the New stamp and Specimen Signatures of the officers who are authorized to issue Certificate of Origin Form S and the name and address of the Industry and Trade Service at the provincial level.

Please find enclosed the documents on Specimen Signature and Official Seal, the Name and Address office of the issuing authorities.

The new Specimen of Authorized Signatures together with new stamps mentioned above have been officially used from 2 January 2007.

Please forward these specimen signatures to the authorities concerned in your country.
