Kính gửi: Cục Hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố.
Theo công hàm số 383/EK/V/2008 ngày 29/5/2008 của Đại sứ quán Indonesia thông báo mẫu dấu và chữ ký C/O, Tổng cục Hải quan sao gửi danh sách mẫu dấu và chữ ký của người có thẩm quyền cấp C/O của Indonesia (bản bổ sung, 12 trang, thời điểm hiệu lực: 18/4/2008). Đề nghị Cục hải quan tỉnh, thành phố chú ý đến việc hết hiệu lực của một số chữ ký trước đây và một số chữ ký mới được bổ sung (thể hiện chi tiết tại trang số 1, 2 trong bản thông báo)
Tổng cục thông báo tới các Cục Hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố để thực hiện./.

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia presents its compliments to the General Department of Vietnam Customs and has the honor to inform the latter that the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of indonesia has appointed some new officials in charge of trade for the following officers: the Medan Tobacco Board, Municipality of West Jakarta, District of Sukabumi, Municipality of Bandung, Province of DI Yogyakarta, Province of East Kalimantan, Province of Central Sulawesi, Province of North Sulawesi, Province of Maluku, and Province of North Maluku. Those officials are authorized to sign form D for the above-mentinoned areas. The Embassy has further the honor to enclose herewith the names and specimens of signature of the new officials which are valid from 14 April 2008
In this regard, the Embassy would further hope that the specimens could be used as deemed necessary in processing future import documents and other procedures as well as protecting goods originating from Indonesia.
The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia avails itself of this opportunity to nenew to the General Department of Vietnam Customs the assurances of its highest consideration.
