Tổng cục Hải quan nhận được mẫu dấu chữ ký trên C/O mẫu D của Indonesia từ Ban thư ký ASEAN và Đại sứ quán Indonesia. Tổng cục Hải quan sao gửi danh sách mẫu dấu và chữ ký của cơ quan và người có thẩm quyền cấp C/O mẫu D của Indonesia (17 trang) cho Cục Hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố để thực hiện. Bộ mẫu dấu và chữ ký này có hiệu lực từ ngày 22/10/2007.

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia presents its compliments to the General Department of Vietnam Customs and has the honour to inform the latter that the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia has appointed some new officials in charge of trade to sign form D for areas of West Sumatra Province, Special Region of Capital City of Jakarta Province, South Jakarta City, East Jakarta City, Central Jakarta City, West Jakarta City, North Jakarta City, West Java Province, Berau District, Balikpapan City, Tarakan City, Cilegon City, and Bangka Belitung Islands Province. In this regard, the Embassy has further the honour to enclose herewith the names and specimens of signature of the new officials which are valid from 22 October 2007.
The Embassy would further hope that the specimens could be used as deemed necessary in processing future import documents and other procedures as well as protecting goods originating from Indonesia.
The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the General Department of Vietnam Customs the assurances of its highest consideration.
