DECISION
PROMULGATION OF THE LIST OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC INDICATORS SERVING OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PRIME MINISTER
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015 dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated November 23, 2015;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 09/2019/NĐ-CP dated January 24, 2019 on reporting by state administrative agencies;
At the request of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
DECIDES:
Article 1. A List of socio-economic statistical indicators serving operation of the Government and The Prime Minister are promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. The List of socio-economic statistical indicators shall be used to serve operation of the Government and The Prime Minister, and be revised according to reality.
Article 3. Implementation
1. Ministries, ministerial agencies and Governmental agencies shall:
- Prepare statistical reports using the indicators in the List through the reporting system of the Government.
- Take charge and cooperate with Office of the Government in developing socio-economic report forms in their industries, which can be submitted on the reporting system of the Government or their own reporting system connected to the reporting system of the Government.
- Revisions to the list shall be proposed to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
2. Office of the Government shall:
Provide guidance and supervise Ministries, ministerial agencies and Governmental agencies preparing their statistical reports in accordance with this Decision and submitting them on the reporting system of the Government.
3. The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall:
- Propose revisions to the List of socio-economic indicators serving operation of the Government and The Prime Minister.
- Supervise the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. Effect
1. This Decision comes into force from the day on which it is signed.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial agencies, Heads of Governmental agencies and relevant authorities are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
