DECISION
ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEM OF BORDER-GATE ANIMAL QUARANTINE STATIONS IN LANG SON PROVINCE
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP of November 1st, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Article 42 of the Veterinary Ordinance on the State management over the veterinary activities;
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation on the implementation of the Veterinary Ordinance, issued together Decree No.93/CP of the November 27, 1993 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decision No.875/NN-TCCB/QD of June 24, 1996 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the tasks, specific powers and organizational structure of the Veterinary Department;
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Provisional Agreement on the settlement of affairs in the border regions signed between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Peoplector of the Veterinary Department and the director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To assign the Veterinary Department to directly perform the task of quarantining animals and animal products which are exported, imported, temporarily imported for re-export or on transit through border gates in Lang Son province, including: Huu Nghi, Dong Dang, Tan Thanh, Cong Trang, Chi Ma, Binh Nghi.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing. The earlier regulations contrary to this Decision are now annulled.
Article 3.- The director of the Veterinary Department, the director of the Personnel and Organization Department, and the heads of concerned units of the Ministry shall have to implement this Decision.
