DECISION
ON THE SUPPORT FOR THE EMERGENCY EVACUATION FROM INUNDATION AND LANDSLIDE AREAS IN CAO BANG, HA GIANG, LAO CAI, YEN BAI, BAC KAN, SON LA, HOA BINH, BAC NINH, HUNG YEN, HAI DUONG, THAI BINH, HA TAY, HA NAM, NAM DINH, PHU YEN, NINH THUAN, AN GIANG, SOC TRANG, CA MAU
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government organization dated December 25, 2001;
At the request of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (Official Dispatch No.6650/BKH-KTNN dated September 14, 2007); and of the Ministry of Finance (Official Dispatch No.13171/BTC-ĐT dated October 01, 2007),
DECIDES:
Article 1. The Ministry of Finance spends 130 VND billion from State budget reserve fund in 2007 for the support of the emergency evacuation from inundation and landslide areas. The amount of support for each province is specified as follows:
1. | Cao Bang | 5 VND billion |
2. | Ha Giang | 7 VND billion |
3. | Lao Cai | 3 VND billion |
4. | Yen Bai | 7 VND billion |
5. | Bac Kan | 4.5 VND billion |
6. | Son La | 2 VND billion |
7. | Hoa Binh | 5 VND billion |
8. | Bac Ninh | 2 VND billion |
9. | Hung Yen | 4 VND billion |
10. | Hai Duong | 3 VND billion |
11. | Thai Binh | 6 VND billion |
12. | Ha Tay | 4.5 VND billion |
13. | Ha Nam | 4 VND billion |
14. | Nam Dinh | 6 VND billion |
15. | Nghe An | 4 VND billion |
16. | Ha Tinh | 6 VND billion |
17. | Quang Binh | 4 VND billion |
18. | Quang Tri | 6 VND billion |
19. | Quang Nam | 3 VND billion |
20. | Quang Ngai | 3 VND billion |
21. | Binh Dinh | 6 VND billion |
22. | Phu Yen | 6 VND billion |
23. | Ninh Thuan | 6 VND billion |
24. | Binh Thuan | 5 VND billion |
25. | An Giang | 6 VND billion |
26. | Soc Trang | 6 VND billion |
27. | Ca Mau | 6 VND billion |
People’s Committee of the provinces mentioned above shall manage and use the money for conformable purposes and subjects in accordance with current regulations; take the initiative in the allocation of local budget (including local budget in 2007), other lawful financial sources for carrying out the project so as to assure the safety of human life, property and ensure the settlement of the people.
Article 2. This decision takes effect from the day on which it is signed.
Article 3. The Ministers of Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development; the President of the People’s Committee of the provinces mentioned in Article 1 are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
