DECISION
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ISSUANCE OF THE OPERATION REGULATION OF NHON HOI ECONOMIC ZONE, BINH DINH PROVINCE
THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated 16 August 2004 by the Politburo;
Pursuant to Decision No. 148/2004/QD-TTg dated 13 August 2004 by the Prime Minister of the Government on the main orientation for socio-economic development of the Key Economic Region of Central Vietnam until 2010 and the vision until 2020;
As proposed by the Minister of Planning and Investment;
DECIDES:
Article 1. To establish Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Binh Dinh Province.
Article 2. To issue with this Decision the Operation Regulation of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Binh Dinh Province.
Article 3. This Decision shall come into effect 15 days after the date it is published in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. All ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and Government agencies, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province and head of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Management Board are responsible for implementing this Decision.
