DECREE
ON ESTABLISHMENT OF A ADDITIONAL UNITS UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE
- Pursuant to the Law on Organization
by the Government dated September 30, 1992 ;
- Pursuant to Decree No.50/CP dated 8 June 1993 of the Government on the duties
and powers of the Government's Office ;
- In consideration of the proposal of the Minister and Director of the Government's
Office and the opinions of the Minister and Head Chairmen of the Government's
Committee on Organization and Personnel,
DECREES
Article 1. The apparatus to assist the Minister and Director of the Government's Office as stipulated in Decision No.212-TTg dated 31 December 1992 is now added with the following units :
- The Oil and Gas Department established from the team of oil and gas experts working under the Department of Sectarial Economy ;
- The Department for Monitoring the Implementation of Government's Decisions ;
- The Information-Press Department ;
- The Department for Relations with the National Assembly and Monitoring the People's Councils' Activities.
The duties, powers and staff of the above Departments will be defined by the Minister and Director of the Government's Office.
Article 2. The Minister and Director of the Government's Office, the Minister and Head Chairmen of the Government's Committee on and Organization-Personnel, other Ministers, the Heads of Ministerial - level Agencies and Agencies under the Government, and the President of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-ruled cities are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
