DECISION

ON PROMULGATION OF DECLARATION OF TAXATION SECTOR

GENERAL DIRECTOR OF TAXATION DEPARTMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Tax Administration No. 78/2006/QH11 passed by the 10^th  Session of the 11^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on November 29, 2006, with effect from July 01, 2007 and the documents guiding the implementation of the Law on Tax Administration;

Pursuant to the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants No. 22/2008/QH12 passed by the 4^th  Session of the 12^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on November 13, 2008, with effect from January 01, 2010

Pursuant to Decision No. 115/2009/QD-TTg dated September 28, 2009 of the Prime Minister on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the General Department of Taxation under the Ministry of Finance;

At the request of the Director, Acting Deputy Head of the Renovation and Modernization Committee of the General Department of Taxation,

DECIDES:

Article 1. Issuing together with this Decision the "Declaration of the Vietnamese taxation sector."

Article 2. This decision takes effect from the date of its signing. Leaders of General Taxation Department, heads of departments / units under the General Department of Taxation, Tax Department of the centrally-affiliated provinces and cities are liable to execute this Decision. /.

DECLARATION

OF VIETNAMESE TAX SECTOR

The Vietnamese taxation sector is the state administrative agency system held uniformly from the central to the local level, implementing the management of tax for the state budget revenues in accordance with the law.

TASKS

- Effective and efficient tax administration.

- Supporting all organizations and individuals to implement tax law.

- Developing human resource with quality and honesty.

VISION

- Becoming a modern tax agencies with effective, efficient professional activities,.

- Being a reliable partner of all organizations and individuals in the implementation of the tax law.

- Striving make Vietnam to become one of the leading tax-favorable ranking in Southeast Asia.
