DECISION
ON THE EXTENSION OF ENFORCEMENT OF THE CIRCULAR GUIDING ON THE FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFETY CONTROL FOR IMPORTED FOODSTUFFS OF ANIMAL ORIGIN
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Decrees No.
01/2008/ND-CP of January 3, 2008 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational
structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; No.
75/2009/ND-CP of September 10, 2009 amending Article 3 of the Decree No.
01/2008/ND-CP of January 3, 2008 defining the functions, tasks, powers and
organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 25/2010/TT-BNNPTNT of April 8, 2010 of the
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding on the food hygiene and
safety control for imported foodstuffs of animal origin;
Considering the request of the Director General of the National Agro-Forestry-
Fisheries Quality Assurance Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To extend the enforcement of the Circular No. 25/2010/TT-BNNPTNT of April 8, 2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding on the food hygiene and safety control for imported foodstuffs of animal origin until 01 September 2010.
Article 2. This Decision comes into force from the date of signature. The National Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department is responsible for informing trade partners about the extension of enforcement of the Circular No.25/2010/TT-BNNPTNT of April 8, 2010 as stipulated in the Article 1 of this Decision.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry’s Office, the Director General of the National Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department, Heads of the administrative institutions under the Ministry are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
