DECISION

TO ADDITIONALLY ASSIGN THE TASK OF DISINFECTION TO THE COFFEE RESEARCH AND QUALITY CONTROL CENTER

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No.73/CP of November 1st, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 492/NN-TCCB-QD of December 22, 1989 of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) on the establishment of the Coffee Research and Quality Control Center;
At the proposal of the chairman of the managing board of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation and the head of the Organization and Personnel Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To additionally assign the task of providing "disinfection services for import and export coffee in warehouses, containers and on land transport means" to the Coffee Research and Quality Control Center.

Article 2.- To assign the head of the Plant Protection Department to provide professional guidance and inspection and grant (or withdraw) the disinfection license to the Coffee Research and Quality Control Center.

The director of the Coffee Research and Quality Control Center shall have to invest in material facilities and professional operations, to register and perform the above-mentioned disinfection task in accordance with the current regulations.

Article 3.- The director of the Ministry�s Office, the head of the Organization and Personnel Department, the head of the Plant Protection Department, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry and the general director of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation shall have to implement this Decree.
