DECISION
REGARDING AUTHORIZING THE CARRYING OUT OF THE FUNCTIONS OF A LABOUR SUPPLY ORGANIZATION ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 85/1998/ND-CP DATED 20 OCTOBER 1998
THE MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS
Pursuant to government Decree No. 82/CP dated 10 November 1993 on the functions, rights and organization of the Ministryof Foreign Affairs;
Pursuant to government Decree No. 85/1998/ND-CP dated 20 October 1998 on the selection, use and management of Vietnamese labour to work for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Danang People’s Committee and the Service Center for Danang Foreign Affairs (SCEDFA);
DECIDES
Article 1: To authorize the Service Center for Danang Foreign Affairs (transaction name: SCEDFA) to carry out the functions of a labour supply organization according to government Decree No. 85/1998/ND-CP dated 20 October 1998.
Article 2: SCEDFA is responsible for:
- Selecting and supplying Vietnamese labour for the bodies and persons stipulated in Clause 1, 2, 3 of Article 2 of Decree No. 85/1998/ND-CP which are in Danang City and the provinces from Quang Tri to Binh Thuan.
- Reporting every six months and yearly on the selection, supply and management of Vietnamese labour in the assigned territory to the Diplomatic Services Department
Article 3: This decision is valid from 01 January 1999. Heads of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heads of Personnel and Organization Department, Head of the Diplomatic Services Department and the Director of the Service Center for Danang Foreign Affairs are responsible for the implementation of this decision.
