DECISION
ON THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON THE REQUIRED RESERVE OF CREDIT INSTITUTIONS
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on the
Government Organisation dated 30 September, 1992;
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No.01/1997-QH10 dated 12
December, 1997 and the Law on the Credit Institutions No.02/1997-QH10 dated 10
December, 1997;
Upon the proposal of the State Bank of Vietnam in the Document No.
853/CV-NHNN1 dated 16 September, 1998, of the Ministry of Finance in the
Document No. 3827/TC-TCNH dated 30 September, 1998
DECIDES
Article 1. The required reserve of the credit institutions deposited with the State Bank of Vietnam, within the reserve required amount, shall be subject to the interest rate of 0%/month.
Article 2. This Decision shall be effective from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Governor of the State Bank shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
