DECISION
ON THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE NATIONAL ANTI-AIDS COMMITTEE
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on
the 30th of September, 1992;
Pursuant to Decision No.694-TTg on the 23rd of November, 1994 of the Prime
Minister on the appointment of members to the National Anti-AIDS Committee;
At the proposal of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor
(official dispatch No.1235 on the 20th of December, 1994),
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To add a member representing the leadership of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to the National Anti-AIDS Committee. The person concerned shall be named by the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Article 2.- The Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the members of the National Anti-AIDS Committee, and the Presidents of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
