DECISION
REVISION TO DECISION NO. 2862/QD-UBND DATED NOVEMBER 03, 2011 OF THE PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF DONG NAI PROVINCE, WHICH APPROVES THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANNING OF DONG NAI PROVINCE BY 2020 AND THE ORIENTATION TOWARDS 2025.
THE PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF DONG NAI PROVINCE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the People’s Councils and the People’s Committees dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Construction dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 59/2007/ND-CP dated April 09, 2007 on solid waste management;
Pursuant to Circular No. 13/2007/TT-BXD dated December 21, 2007 of the Ministry of Construction on guidelines for some Articles of the Government's Decree No. 59/2007/ND-CP on solid waste management;
At the request of the Director of the Service of Construction in Report No. 100/TTr-SXD dated May 30, 2014,
DECIDES:
Article 1. Decision No. 2862/QD-UBND dated November 03, 2011 of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, which approves the solid waste management planning of Dong Nai province by 2020 and the orientation towards 2025, is revised as follows:
Appendix 1 “List of solid waste treatment zones in Dong Nai province by 2020and the orientation towards 2025” (enclosed herewith).
Article 2. Other contents that are not related to the said revision shall remain unchanged in the Decision No. 2862/QD-UBND of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the day on which it is signed.
Article 4. The Chief officer of the People’s Committee, Directors of the Service of Construction, the Service of Planning and Investment, the Service of Natural Resources and Environment, the Service of Finance, the Service of Transport, the Service of Science and Technology, the Service of Agriculture and Rural development, the Service of Industry and Trade, chiefs of management boards of industrial parks in the provinces, Presidents of the People’s Committees of districts (including Long Khanh Town and Bien Hoa city), heads of relevant units and individuals concerned are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
