DECISION
ON THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CORPORATION OF MACHINERY AND ACCESSORIES
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on
Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
Pursuant to the Regulations on the establishment and dissolution of State
enterprises issued together with Decree No.388-HDBT on the 20th of November
1991 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government);
At the proposals of the Minister-Chairman of the State Planning Committee and
the Minister of Trade on the implementation of Decision No.90-TTg issued on the
7th of March 1994 by the Prime Minister,
DECIDES :
Article 1.- To re-establish the Corporation of Machinery and Accessories under the Ministry of Trade.The list of the member units of the Corporation is contained in the Appendix attached to this Decision.
Article 2.-
1. The main office of the Corporation of Machinery and Accessories is located at No.8, Trang Thi Street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi City.
2. Business lines of the Corporation: import-export and trading in vehicles, machinery, equipment and accessories.
3. Budget allocation and self-procured capital registered in the application for the re-establishment of the enterprise: 137,129 million Vietnam Dong.
Article 3.- The Minister of Trade shall base himself on the model Statute of Corporations set up under Decision No.90-TTg on the 7th of March 1994 of the Prime Minister, and, after consulting with the Minister-Chairman of the State Planning Committee, ratify the Statute of the Corporation of Machinery and Accessories.
Article 4.- The Corporation of Machinery and Accessories has the task of registering its business lines and conducting its operation in conformity with the Statute of Corporations and the State regulations, and is responsible before the State and law for its activities.
Article 5.- This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
The Minister of Trade, the other Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, and the General Director of the Corporation of Machinery and Accessories shall have to implement this Decision.
