DECISION
TO ESTABLISH THE DEPARTMENT FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE PRICE-STABILIZING FUND
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of
September 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No.01-CP on the 5th of January 1993 of the Government on the
tasks, powers and organization of the Government Pricing Commission; and
Decision No.151-TTg on the 12th of April 1993 of the Prime Minister on the
establishment, use and management of the price-stabilizing fund;
At the proposals of the Chairman of the Government Pricing Commission and the
Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel,
DECIDES :
Article 1.- To establish the Department for Management of the Price-Stabilizing Fund and place it under the Government Pricing Commission with the duty of assisting the Chairman of the Government Pricing Commission to exercise State management of the Price-Stabilizing Fund.
Article 2.- The Chairman of the Government Pricing Commission shall set the concrete tasks for the Department for Management of the Price-Stabilizing Fund.
Article 3.- The Chairman of the Government Pricing Commission, the Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
