DECISION

PROMULGATING THE LIST OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS WORKS SUBJECT TO TEST RUN

THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION

Pursuant to the May 25, 2002 Ordinance on Post and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to tlie Governments Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP of December 25,2007, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communication;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 160/2004/ND-CP of September 3,2004, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Post and Telecommunications regarding telecommunications;
Pursuant to the Post and Telematics Minister's Decision No. 31/2006/QD-BBCVT of September 6, 2006, promulgating the Regulation on test run of technical telecommunications works;
At the proposal of the director of Science and Technology Department;

DECIDES:

Article 1- To promulgate together with this Decision the List of telecommunications works subject to test run.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO" and replaces promulgating the List of telecommunications works subject to test run.

Article 3.- The director of the Office, the chief inspector, the director of the Science and Technology Department, the director of the Department for Management of the Quality of Communication and Information Technology, directors of provincial/municipal Information and Communication Services, heads of units or agencies under the Ministry of Information and Communication, telecommunications enterprises, and concerned organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision.
