DECISION
ASSIGNING THE TASK OF POST-GRADUATE TRAINING TO THE NAVIGATION UNIVERSITY
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Decision
No.224-TTg on the 24th of May 1976 of the Prime Minister on in-country
post-graduate training;
At the proposals of the Ministry of Communications and Transport (Official
dispatch No.175-TCCBLD on the 6th of February 1995); the Ministry of Education
and Training (Official dispatch No.3087-SDH on the 12th of May 1995); the
Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (Official dispatch
No.601-TCCBKH on the 23rd of March 1995),
DECIDES :
Article 1.- To assign the task of post-graduate training to the Navigation University.
Article 2.- The Ministry of Education and Training, in cooperation with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, the Ministry of Communications and Transport shall decide the specialties to be included in the post-graduate training program of the Navigation University.
Article 3.- The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Communications and Transport, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister of Finance, the Chairman of the State Planning Committee, the Ministers concerned and the Heads of the relevant agencies shall have to implement this Decision.
