DECISION
ASSIGNING THE TASK OF POST-GRADUATE TRAINING TO THE PEOPLE'S SECURITY UNIVERSITY
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Decision
No.224-TTg on the 24th of May 1976 of the Prime Minister on in-country
post-graduate training;
At the proposals of the Ministry of Education and Training (Official dispatch
No.3086-SDH on the 12th of May 1995); the Ministry of Science, Technology and
Environment (Official dispatch No.741-TCCB/KH on the 5th of April 1995); the
Ministry of the Interior (Official dispatch No.84-CV/BNV on the 22nd of
February 1995),
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To assign the task of post-graduate training to the People's Security University.
Article 2.- The Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment and the Ministry of the Interior shall decide the specialties to be included in the post-graduate training program of the People's Security University.
Article 3.- The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister of Finance, the Chairman of the State Planning Committee, the Ministers concerned, and the Heads of the relevant agencies shall have to implement this Decision.
