DECISION

ON "TRADITION DAY OF THE VOLUNTEER YOUTH FORCE"

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
At the proposal of the Vietnam Youth Committee;
At the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union;
To acknowledge the remarkable contributions of the Volunteer Youth Force to the national liberation and defense in the past, and to promote the traditions in national construction and defense at present,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To make July the 15th each year the "Tradition Day of the Volunteer Youth Force".

Article 2.- On the Tradition Day of the Volunteer Youth Force, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in coordination with the administration at various levels shall organize suitable activities to promote the tradition of overcoming difficulties, courage, cleverness and creativity of the earlier generations of the Volunteer Youth Force, thus encouraging the young generation to carry out and accomplish in an outstanding manner the programs and projects in difficult places in order, together with the entire people, to implement the Party's renewal policy of building a prosperous people, a strong country and a just and civilized society.

Article 3.- The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ministers concerned, the Heads of the relevant agencies, the Presidents of the People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
