DECISION
PROMULGATING THE BRANCH STANDARDS
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No.73/CP of November 1st,
1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and
organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No.86/CP of December 8, 1995 of the Government assigning the
responsibility for State management over goods quality;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and
Product Quality,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate the following branch standards:
10 TCN 360 - 99: Fertilizer analysis - Method of determining effective Potassium (technical requirements)
10 TCN 361 - 99: Fertilizer analysis - Method of determining effective Nitrogen (technical requirement)
10 TCN 362 - 99: Fertilizer analysis - Method of determining a number of micro-elements (technical requirement)
10 TCN 363 - 99: Fertilizer analysis - Method of determining Sulfur (technical requirement)
10 TCN 364 - 99: Fertilizer analysis - Method of determining water-soluble Chloride (technical requirement)
10 TCN 365 - 99: Fertilizer analysis - Method of determining humic acid and fulvic acid (technical requirement)
10 TCN 366 - 99: Fertilizer analysis - Method of determining the Total of organic carbons (technical requirement)
10 TCN 367 - 99: Soil analysis - Method of sampling and preparing samples (technical requirement)

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.
Article 3.- The Ministry Office Director, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality and the heads of the relevant organizations and concerned persons shall have to implement this Decision.
