DECISION
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DONG DO PEOPLE-FUNDED UNIVERSITY
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on
Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree 15/CP on the 2nd of March, 1993 on the tasks, powers and
responsibilities for State management of the ministries and ministerial-level
agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (Report
No.6627/TTCB on the 23rd of September, 1994);
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To allow the establishment of the Dong Do People-Funded University.
Article 2.- The Dong Do People-Funded University is a higher education training institution placed under the State management of the Ministry of Education and Training. It has the legal entity status, its own seal and bank accounts.
The system of diplomas issued by the Dong Do People-Funded University belongs to the system of national diplomas.
Article 3.- The Dong Do People-Funded University is organized and operates according to law and the Regulations on People-Funded Universities issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Statute of its own approved by the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 4.- The Minister of Education and Training, the other ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government and the presidents of the People's Committees of the concerned provinces and the cities directly under the Central Government, are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
