DECISION
RATIFYING THE CHARTER ON ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF VIETNAM BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
THE STATE BANK GOVERNOR
Pursuant to Vietnam State Bank Law No. 01/1997/QH10 and Credit Institutions Law No. 02/1997/QH10 of December 12, 1997;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 15/CP of March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers and State management responsibilities of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 49/2000/ND-CP of September 12, 2000 on the organization and operation of commercial banks;
At the proposals of the chairman of the Management Board of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and the director of the Department for Banks and Non-Bank Credit Institutions,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To ratify the Charter on the organization and operation of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, issued together with Decision No. 117/QD-HDQT-NHNo of June 3, 2002 of the chairman of the Management Board of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, attached to this Decision.
Article 2.- This Decision takes implementation effect after its signing and replaces Decision No. 390/1997/QD-NHNN5 of November 22, 1997 of the State Bank Governor ratifying the Charter on organization and operation of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 3.- The director of the State Bank’s Office, the director of the Department for Banks and Non-Bank Credit Institutions, the heads of the concerned units under the State Bank, the directors of the State Bank’s branches in the provinces and centrally-run cities, the chairman of the Management Board and the general director of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development shall have to implement this Decision.
