DECISION

APPROVING THE PLAN ON STATE ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM IN THE 2006-2010 PERIOD

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the overall program on state administrative reform in the 2001-2010 period, approved in the Prime Minister's Decision No. 136/ 2001/QD-TTg of September 17, 2001;
At the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To approve together with this Decision the Plan on state administrative reform in the 2006-2010 period.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."

Article 3.- The Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform shall assist the Prime Minister in monitoring, overseeing and inspecting the implementation of this Plan.

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of Government-attached agencies and presidents of provincial/municipal People's Committees shall have to implement this Decision.
