DECREE
AMENDING CLAUSE 6, ARTICLE 31 OF THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE NO. 73/2012/ ND-CP OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2012, ON FOREIGN COOPERATION AND INVESTMENT IN EDUCATION
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the June 14, 2005 Law on Education; the November 25, 2009 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Education;
Pursuant to the November 29, 2005 Law on Investment;
Pursuant to the November 29, 2005 Law on Enterprises, which was amended and supplemented in 2009;
Pursuant to the November 29, 2006 Law on Vocational Training;
Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 47/NQ-CP of July 8, 2014, on the Government’s June 2014 regular meeting;
At the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training,
The Government promulgates the Decree amending Clause 6, Article 31 of the Government’s Decree No. 73/2012/ND-CP of September 26, 2012, on foreign cooperation and investment in education.
Article 1. To amend Clause 6, Article 31 of the Government’s Decree No. 73/2012/ND-CP of September 26,2012, on foreign cooperation and investment in education as follows:
“6. Foreign teachers and lecturers of foreign-invested vocational education institutions and higher education institutions must satisfy the conditions prescribed in Clauses 4 and 5 of this Article, and have at least 5 years’ experience in their teaching specialties.”
Article 2. Effect
1. This Decree takes effect on February 16, 2015.
2. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies and chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees shall implement this Decree.-
