DECREE
PROMULGATING THE REGULATIONS ON THE FORMATION, EVALUATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTED PROJECTS
THE GOVERNMENT
- Pursuant to the Law on
Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
- At the proposals of the Minister-Chairman of the State Committee for Cooperation
and Investment and the Minister of Justice,
DECREES:
Article 1.- To promulgate along with this Decree the Regulations on the Formation, Evaluation and Implementation of Direct Foreign Invested Projects.
Article 2.- To repeal the Regulations on the Evaluation of Projects with Direct Foreign Invested Capital promulgated along with Decision No. 366-HDBT on the 7th of November 1991 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) and other regulations contrary to the following Regulations.
Article 3.- This Decree takes effects as from the 1st of January 1995.
Article 4.- The concerned Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies attached to the Government are responsible for providing detailed guidance on the implementation of the Regulations promulgated along with this Decree.
Article 5.- The Ministers, the Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, and the Heads of the Central Offices of the People's Organizations are responsible for implementing this Decree.
