Pursuant to the Resolution of the 9th Conference of the Executive Board of Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (12th legislature) No. 12/NQ-BCH dated July 16, 2021 and to support trade unionists affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Executive Board of Vietnam General Confederation of Labour agrees on the following matters:
Firstly, trade unionists of service providers and enterprises whose pay rates are lower than regional minimum wages are exempt from trade union fees while receiving the abovementioned pay rates.
Secondly, trade union fee exemption due to COVID-19 is applicable from 1/5/2021 to 31/12/2021 inclusive.
