In response to the proposal of Bac Ninh Province People’s Committee (Proposal No.2719/TTr-UBND dated December 06, 2011) and opinions from Ministry of Planning and Investment (Document No.797/BKHDT-QLKKT dated February 20, 2012), Ministry of Construction (Document No.2301/BXD-KTQH dated December 30, 2011), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (Document No.171/BTNMT-KH dated January 31, 2012) regarding adjustments to the planning on Yen Phong II industrial park in Bac Ninh province, below are opinions from the Prime Minister:
1. Giving consent to decrease the land area of Yen Phong II industrial park by 236 ha (from 1000 ha to 764 ha) for the purpose of constructing the urban and service areas. Conversion of the industrial cluster in the north of National Highway 18 with the area of 230 ha into an industrial park shall be considered in the Scheme for adjusting the planning on development of industrial parks in Bac Ninh province up to 2020.
2. Chairperson of Bac Ninh province People's Committee shall pay attention to and learn from experience in preparation of the planning on development of industrial parks and urban areas and instruct relevant provincial agencies to receive opinions from relevant Ministries in order to implement the plan for investment in Yen Phong II industrial park and plan for development of urban and service areas as per provisions of the law in force./.
